In this class we will be covering gin. You will be taken on a brief history of gin, from the first distillers, the use of juniper and other botanicals, the gin craze in London, to gin in the 20th century.
We will review the gin production processes from Gordon's to Tanqueray's new 'Rangpur'. What make's gin 'London Dry'? Is the best gin made in England? These and many more questions will be answered.
In this 'hands on class' we will be tasting a variety of gin and making several cocktails, from the 'Classic Martini' to 'The Afternoon Tea'.
